- App performance data: Aggregate, anonymous metrics provided through Google Play Console (install counts, ratings, device compatibility). Kemboi254 does not control or initiate this collection — it is part of Google's platform analytics.

- All content is stored locally on your device; the Developer has no access to it
- You grant the App the necessary technical permissions to store and display your content on your device

13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Kemboi254 may, at its sole discretion, restrict or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Sections 7, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting Kemboi254 at the email address below. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of Kenya.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
